Barbara Mori

Barbara Mori Ochoa, a Maxican and Uruguayan model and actor. Her first job was as a model and later became a popular television actress. Her birthplace was Montevideo, Uruguay on the 2nd of February 1978. She is from a multi-cultural background, including both Japanese and Uruguayan roots. She has one brother and two sisters. Yuyi Mori is her mother and Rosario Ochoa is her father. The couple divorced when Barbara was only 3 years old. Barbara lived her early life in Mexico as well as Uruguay after which she settled in Mexico city. She began her modelling career in a very unexpected way. Barbara used to be waitress at barely 14. A stylist Marcos Toledo saw her and invited her to work as a model. Sergio Mayer is the man she married when she turned 19. They never got married, however they do have one son. Barbara learnt acting in El Centro De Estudios De Formasion Actoral. Al Norte Del Corazon was her first TV series in which she made an acting debut. Later, she was a part of the sitcom Tric Tac. In addition, she was on Mirada De Mujer. Barbara made an appearance on screen in Viento en Contra Spanish Beauty Robots Pretendiendo Pretendiendo and others. Rakesh Rohan, a Indian director, paired Barbara along together with Hrithik Rosshan for Kites. The film was filmed on location in New Mexico Los Angeles Las Vegas. Kites didn't do very so well in the box office when it was first released in 2010.
